We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, clean, and with all original tags and packaging.
Products that show signs of wear, intentional or accidental damage, or are not returned in their original state may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or product, please indicate this when contacting us about the return.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
